1. Services Provided

Health Coach Monique Wellise agrees to provide virtual coaching services and/or access to online course materials via e-mail delivery, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

Client understands and agrees that:

• Coaching and courses are for educational and informational purposes only.


• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or success.


• Client is solely responsible for implementing any strategies or insights gained.

3. Disclaimer

Coach is not a licensed therapist, physician, or financial advisor and services provided are not a substitute for professional advice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.


• Coach’s total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, tools, and methods remain the intellectual property of the Coach. Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without prior written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of private coaching discussions and any sensitive information shared. Coach agrees to do the same, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted for all online courses within 7 days of receiving the 1st module via e-mail. To request a refund, email findingmolife@gmail.com with your name and email address.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate coaching services with 24 hour notice. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada County, CA, USA.

10. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in coaching or courses, Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
